I was recently commissioned to draw a pencil drawing of a little boy. The client commissioned it as a gift, and it was of her friend as a child. She only had 2 low res images of him as a child so there was quite a lot of guesswork in getting the face right. I used recent pictures of him as well as the 2 old ones for reference. With a little back and forward with the client we finally managed to capture him as a child.

The drawing took me about 2 days to create and will make a beautiful gift for him.
